No experience needed. Hurghada is one of the best places in the world to learn, with calm conditions and certified PADI courses available from around €60 per day. You can try a beginner dive in the morning and be exploring a reef by the afternoon.
Prefer to stay near the surface? Half-day snorkeling boat trips to the offshore reefs cost just €15 to €25 per person, usually including equipment and lunch. It is the easiest way to meet the colourful residents of the Red Sea.
